Fall Foliage Makeup Look and the Quest for the Perfect Brushes

Hey my Socialites! I was very inspired by the beautiful, warm look that this makeup guru created so I wanted to do my own version of it:
(skip ahead to 5:00 into the video because she talks about a contest that is already complete in the first half.)
Beautiful look, right? I'm always playing around with cool colors such as blue and green, figured it'd be nice to give the warm coppers and berries a try as well! To create a fall foliage look, I wanted to do rust, burgandy, gold on top and then green on the bottom to bring to mind the leaves changing on the trees on top and the grass on bottom. Hope that you like! Would you wear the look?
Products used
MAC studio sculpt foundation in NW43
MAC paint pot in Groundwork all over the lid
Covergirl individual eyeshadow Queen Collection in Fire It Up (rusty orange color) over the lid
Mary Kay burgundy eyeshadow on outer corner along with an 88 color pro palette dark brown for depth
Smashbox Green Room eyeshadow on lower lash line
Maybelline Falsies Mascara (total convert! this mascara rocks and provides deep, dark, sexy long lashes!)
Sephora lipstick in Chocolate
MAC gold deposit highlighter
Tomorrow (Wednesday Dec 29th), Hautelook is having a Crown Brush sale that sounds awesome from 8am pst, 10am cst, 11am est! Are you lovelies planning on buying anything? Have you ever used Crown Brushes? I hear they are the same as the Coastal Scents brushes.

If I don't get any brushes from that sale, I have my eye on the Sigma Brushes because everyone raves about how good they are. The eye kit would be a total win for my collection and is first on my list of sets to try. Are you a lover of Sigma Brushes? What have you tried?

Nothing but great things has been said about Sonia Kashuk brushes as well, so I may have to look into making a Target run! She has lovely kits and items at great prices, so really can't go wrong.

Ecotools brushes have been very nice in my estimations as well; I have a foundation brush by them that I quite like and have no complaints for. Do you use their brushes? They have an eye brush set that could find itself in my makeup kit very soon!

Ciao bellas, talk soon!
