"Straight Up Now Tell Me..." Going Straight with the Hair

I haven't straightened my hair in 2.5 years since going natural, been rocking my curls/coils/kinks and loving it.  However, I was given the opportunity to have a $200 brazilian keratin straightening treatment done to my hair complimentary so I have decided to give it a go.

While you are reading this, I'll be in the chair getting my hair done for the next couple of hours and can't wait to let you guys see the results.  My brazilian is by KeraStraight and they are a formaldehyde free brand that will loosen my hair and make it wavy curly for a couple of months moreso than bone straight (which I really don't care for) unless I blow dry/straighten all of the time with a flat iron, so that's why I decided to check it out.  It'll be straight when it's first done, but once I wash it should turn it back curly, just looser.

The treatment isn't permanent like a relaxer and washes out in a couple of months, so I was open to trying it out.  We shall see how it goes!  I'll update tonight with photos after it's done :)
